No, not just me blabbin' away as usual - I'm making Raspberry Jam live on blab on Sunday evening - and you can watch! And comment, join in, cook along with Rosie if you like. You will need to subscribe (Trev has done some technical information below for you so you can get logged on OK.
If you want to cook as well then get yourself the ingredients in the recipe - frozen raspberries will be fine - a big pan, either a proper maslin pan, or the biggest straight sided pan that you have, a spoon and a lemon squeezer. You will need something to put the cooked jam in ( clue=jars) and something to seal them with (clue =lids). TIP: If you want to make a different amount of jam than the recipe says, just enter the amount of fruit that you have in the helpful calculator at the bottom of the recipe page. The correct amount of other ingredients will be displayed for you. This goes for any recipe on my site m.rosiemakesjam.com You can of course just watch, and join in with questions, comments, if you have headphones and webcam you can be in one of the 'seats' - I expect that Trev will tell you how that works at the time. We will be on air for about an hour and it starts at 8 p.m. so I will be recording Antiques Roadshow. Make sure the children are in bed, the cat is fed/in/out, get your phone/tablet/laptop by the hob and let's make some jam!
